No drilling or modification is required for the installation process, which involves: 1) removing the front tow hook cover cap, 2) screwing in the adapter rod (receiver/holder) into the tow hole, 3) attaching the license plate frame/bracket, and 4) bolting on your license/tag.

This re-positioning of the license plate will give your ride an aggressive appearance, and the kit also provides optional support to attach a camera. Make sure the threading pattern is the same, regardless of tow bar color. The tow bar is designed to fit a number of vehicles, so the space between the bumper and the support bracket may vary slightly according to your car, providing appropriate hand-space to fully mount the license plate onto the support bracket and make the installation easier.
